Refund policy

At HarmoniqSound, we offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received, unused and in its original packaging, and include the receipt or proof of purchase. Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@harmoniqsound.com. Please include your order number, reason for return, and photos if the item is damaged or defective. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

All approved returns, whether defective or non-defective, are fully covered by HarmoniqSound. A free prepaid return label will be provided once your return request is approved. No restocking fees will be charged.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at contact@harmoniqsound.com so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns may not be accepted if the item has been used, damaged, or returned incomplete, if original parts or accessories are missing, if the return request is submitted more than 30 days after delivery, or if damage results from misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized modifications.

Exchanges

HarmoniqSound accepts exchanges. The fastest way to receive a replacement is to return the original product after approval and place a new order once the return has been accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 days. No restocking fees will be applied. Please note that banks or payment providers may require additional time to process the refund. If more than 10 days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at contact@harmoniqsound.com.

3-Year Manufacturing Warranty

All eligible HarmoniqSound handpans, tongue drums, and kalimbas include a 3-year manufacturing warranty covering structural defects and manufacturing-related issues under normal use conditions.

This warranty does not cover:

• accidental damage,
• misuse,
• improper handling,
• unauthorized modifications,
• cosmetic wear from normal use.

If you experience an issue covered under the warranty, please contact us at contact@harmoniqsound.com with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue. Our team will review your request and provide an appropriate solution.
